Participate in experiential campaigns designed to get people talking. Attend, support, document, promote, or help activate Built to Win client events.

Creative Productions

Be featured in brand photography, campaigns, lookbooks, commercials, social content, and editorial shoots.

Modeling

Support fashion, beauty, hospitality, lifestyle, and product shoots as a model or talent.

UGC Social Content

Create authentic, platform-relevant content for Built to Win clients. This includes personal stories, testimonials, unboxings, product demonstration, POVs, and lifestyle content.

Street Teams

Help take a campaign into the real world through flyering, sampling, event promotion, and community outreach.

We are not looking for a large follower count. We're looking for people who can move culture. You may have 100 followers; you may have 1M+. A large following doesn't automatically make someone useful to a brand. Neither does a perfect feed.

How It Works

Apply: Complete our application and tell us who you are, what you bring to the table, and what opportunities you're interested in.

Monthly Review: Our team reviews new applications on the first of each month and selects candidates who align with the Built to Win client network and upcoming needs.

Interview: Selected applicants meet with the Built to Win team to get to know each other and determine whether there’s a fit.

Join the Opportunity Pool: Approved brand ambassadors are added to our talent pool and become eligible for future opportunities.

Get Matched: When an opportunity becomes available, we match brand ambassadors based on their skills, interests, location, and the availability they provided.

Activate: Selected brand ambassadors receive the opportunity details and, if they accept, officially join the activation.

Joining Built to Win's Ambassador Network does not guarantee paid work. Compensation is clearly disclosed per opportunity. Some opportunities may be portfolio-building, promotional, community, network, product/experience-based, or exposure opportunities.
